As successor and son of Buzz, David entered the family business in May of 2000 with a degree in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, OH.  He is a Board Certified Financial Planner^™ and is registered with the State of Ohio as an Investment Advisor Representative with ALDA Advisors, Inc..  He is further registered with ValMark Advisers, Inc., a SEC Registered Investment Advisor.   David is a Registered Representative (Series 7 & 66) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) through ValMark Securities, Inc and licensed in the states of Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusets, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia.

Actively involved with the Greater Akron & Fairlawn Area Chambers of Commerce, David enjoys helping build the local community and is a member of the Fairlawn Area Chamber Commerce Board of Directors (currently serving as President).  David also spends time tutoring students in reading, math, and science at the  Helen Arnold Learning Center in the Akron Public School System and working with Habitat for Humanity.  Additionally, David is former Regional Director for the Ohio Jump$tart Coalition – an organization dedicated to improving financial literacy in grade school through college-aged youth, with a focus on successful lifelong financial decision making.  As a current member of the Financial Planning Association, David is also a member of several other professional organizations.
